Caitlin Wasielewski Appointed Next Secondary Principal for Cincinnatus Central School District

Superintendent Virginia Doll is pleased to introduce Caitlin Wasielewski as the next Secondary Principal for Cincinnatus Central School District. Her appointment was confirmed by the Cincinnatus Board of Education during its June meeting, and she will officially begin her new role on July 1, 2026.
"We are happy to welcome Caitlin to the Cincinnatus school community and look forward to the work she will do with our students, staff and families," Doll said. "Her experience as both a teacher and administrator, along with her commitment to student success, makes her an excellent fit for our district."
Caitlin began her educational career as a high school mathematics teacher at the North Rose-Wolcott Central School District, where she taught for six years. She then spent the past five years in the Southern Cayuga Central School District, serving as Assistant Principal at Southern Cayuga Jr./Sr. High School for three years before becoming Principal of Emily Howland Elementary School for the last two years. Throughout her administrative career, she has developed extensive experience using data to support instruction and student growth while maintaining a strong focus on student safety and well-being.
Caitlin is looking forward to becoming part of the Cincinnatus community and values communication, collaboration and building strong relationships with students, staff and families. She believes these partnerships are essential to ensuring every student has the support they need to succeed.
"It is an honor to step into this role as the Secondary Principal and continue the Cincinnatus tradition of excellence," Wasielewski said. "I am excited to partner with students, staff, families and the community to ensure every decision we make is data-driven and focused on what is best for students."
