Students intending to ride a bus other than their assigned bus must have a signed bus change form from parents/guardians. Please return the form with your child on the morning of a requested bus change. This procedure will help us to inform our drivers of which students will be riding their bus. It is important to note that any student without a signed bus change form will be required to ride his/her regular bus. All bus change forms must be filled out completely or they will be considered Void.
